Established in 2007, Tata Capital, a subsidiary of Tata Sons Limited, serves as the financial services arm of the Tata Group. Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited (TCHFL) specializes in home loans, affordable housing finance, loans against property, and financing for residential and commercial property developments. Tata Securities Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, actively participates in the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) across cash and derivatives markets. It also operates as a Depository Participant with Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) and National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
