What is meant by extinguished shares? Do i get paid for my shares getting extinguished?
Hey @Akshar
Extinguished shares can be referred to the permanent removal or elimination of shares from a company’s issued share capital. This usually occurs through a corporate action like a Right Issues, share buyback, merger, or restructuring etc.
You won’t receive any compensation or payment for those shares specifically.
