Extra Brokerage is charged @Zerodha

My Zerodha ID is ZR4875.
Below is my only one trade on 2 May 2017.
IDFCBANK -Sell:65.65 Buy :65.60 Quantity : 5500

Below is the screen shot from brokerage calculator from zerodha.

But i was charged differently (i don’t have concerns for charging the stamp duty).

Questions:

1.How @zerodha any brokerage is greater than 40 rs which is given in tariff rate card.How extra brokerage 56 rs and service tax is charged.
2.I also charged with the extra brokerages i think on earlier days.Does i need to go to each days contract notes email and check all days trades.
3.Is there any quality service provided by Zerodha or not.OR it will get automatically resolved for all my trades of Zerodha ID ZR4875 where extra brokerage and service tax is charged.

Was your order bracket order. I think they have different approach for bracket order. May be your order might have filled in two or three trades.

Have you found the answer?? I also wanna know as I do feel they are charging some extra rupees and the brokerage calculator is not reliable.
