Future trading is a type of contract and bond, according to which the price rate of exchange for trading a particular item will already be decided for the future. In this contract, the buyer and seller come together to fix the price for trading any particular item which will take place in the future.
  • Option Trading: Option can purchase any stock at the contract price at the price of predetermined. And this process is to buy and sell till the end of the expiry date. There are two types of options trading which are Call and Put. In the Indian market (NSE & BSE) the expiry date of future and option is the last Thursday of every month. But the expiry dates of currency future and options are different. Nifty Put and Calls are European options. Stock put and calls are American options. In European option, the buyer can only use his option on the last day of the contractor on expiry date but in an American option, the buyer can use his option anytime.
