i have a future position open…i want it to expire…means i am not going to square off my positon…whether i have to pay any brokerages or charges if it is settled by exchange…
Brokerage is only charged when you initiate a trade. Since you are letting your contract expire you are not really initiating a trade…hence no brokerage will be charged.
