Are there any extra charges if I hold futures (bought or sold) till expiry?

Also, regarding sold or bought options hold till expiry, I have to pay 0.125% of intrinsic value as extra money if the option becomes ITM. Is this correct?

There are no extra charges.

STT of 0.125% is applicable if your long option position expires ITM. This isn’t applicable on short option position as STT is already paid when you sell the option.
