Hey guys!
As you may know, Rainmatter has partnered with LearnApp.co to bring video courses around investing, trading, finance and business.

We are looking for traders or investors who might want to be filmed and teach something. Take a look at Bharadwaj teaching scalp trading here: https://learnapp.co/courses/Learn-How-Scalp-Trading-Works/trailer

Here is what we are looking for:

  1. An experienced profitable trader or investor (we will verify profitability and consistency)

  2. Simple strategy, back-testable and very good risk management system.

  3. If you speak well in English or Hindi that is a huge plus.

  4. We will film you at your office or home or find a place near you.

If interested send an email to [email protected]
Super excited to learn from you.

Thousands of traders will get inspired with your contribution. This may be a great way to give back.

Just curious, why would any profitable trader want to do this… what’s in it for them? What’s the incentive?

To be honest Vivek, when we started LearnApp we didn’t know why someone would do it. As we spoke to all the leaders we found out everyone has a strong urge to give back. The only thing that limits them is time or a platform.

For a trader I think its helpful in a few ways

  1. Gets to be seen.

  2. Gets to share his strategy with a community of serious traders who give feedback immediately. People are very receptive even if they are paying a few hundred rupees. That seriousness comes out perhaps?

Ofcourse there will be some who expect something in return, but that understandable .

Usually the trader who has trading at peak performance is more worried about getting noticed, sharing ideas, meeting people rather than earning some money to talk

Hello @Prateek_Singh1
Have few suggestions/queried about learnapp, Firstly I would thank you for a wonderful platform.

  1. Once we complete a course and again we reopen the same course, Again we get a start button (as shown in below pic.) Instead of completed or pending.
  2. It would be better if you add duration of the recording, and why not add a indicator line (how much video is played) for every recording. Instead of opening it again click resume and see how much it played.
  3. How many old recordings do we get?
  4. Any update on the release of app? :grinning:

Hey Mario!

Glad you liked LearnApp so. Good points you have there.

  1. In the new web version you will be able to differentiate between taken courses and ones you’ve not taken.

  2. Duration of the episode is a new feature, let add this to the list. In the new version you can see episodes you’ve watched.

  3. Right now you get about 40. But very soon we won’t limit this and you’ll have access to the entire archive! Though it maybe overwhelming for a new user? What do you think?

  4. App release is so jinxed. Right now am quite unhappy with the design but we’ll release it anyway since it has useful features. The better designed one is out Dec end.
