Okay thanks

When will be you launching new streak app ?

@Deep_Prajapat It is currently under development. We are unable to provide an exact ETA at the moment, but it is tentatively targeted to be launched within the next few weeks.

I had already reported an issue regarding duplicate signals from my scanner on 12 March and again on 13 March on email, but I have not received any response yet.

The issue is that I am getting multiple scan results for the same candle/event. For example, when a candle closed at 03:28 on 13 March 2026, I received duplicate signals again at 03:29, 03:30, and 03:31 for the same setup.

This problem is affecting my trading because the scanner should ideally trigger only once for a single candle/event, but it is generating multiple signals.

I am attaching the screenshots, my setup, and the streak coding for your reference.

Could you please check this issue and let me know:

  1. Why multiple signals are being triggered for the same candle?
  2. Whether this is a bug or an issue with the scanner logic?
  3. When this problem will be resolved?

Looking forward to your response.
pic-1 scanner alert time 14:44

pic-2 candle signal was 14:22

Today’s Example 16th March 2026

For example, when a candle closed at 14:42, I already received the alert at 14:43, which is correct. However, after that I again received the same alert at 14:44 and again at 14:45 for the same candle.

My point is that if a candle has already closed and the alert has already been triggered once, then the scanner should not send repeated alerts for the same candle again and again.

These repeated alerts are increasing my workload and creating confusion. If I receive 3 alerts for the same candle, it becomes difficult to manage during trading.

okay thank you for your response
