Hello, one layman question. What is GIFT Nifty aligned to- Nifty spot or Nifty Futures for the current month

Thanks. So when the market is live, the GIFT Nifty value ( I use Global Stock Market Trading | Global Market Indices | World Stock Markets) and the Nifty Futures value (as visible on say Kite-> Nifty Futures) should be identical.

Hey it wont be identical, GIFT mostly trades at a premium to our markets
