Hello!
I have been trying to identify a broker that offers services to trade on the NSE IFSC exchange and India INX. (Zerodha unfortunately does not have these services yet). I have tried to reach out to a few brokers listed under registered brokers on the India INX website, but I haven’t been successful in speaking with any of them.
Does anyone have recommendations of which brokers offer these services? Also, can anyone share their experience of investing through these platforms?
Thank you.
Best,
Vishal

I think with India INX you don’t need a broker. Checkout: https://www.indiainxga.com
It seems like a wrapper around Interactive brokers. I have no idea what advantage this offers compared to just using IBKR.
Also, I was trying to find a broker in Gift city. Only came across one:
https://phillipventuresifsc.com
It is part of the reputed Phillip capital group from Singapore. Still their website doesn’t give me a lot of confidence.
Thank you, @Kiyoto_Kai. Will also check out Phillip Ventures. Do you invest in global markets? If you do, is there a platform you use?
Nope I’m an NRI, so I have access to a lot of brokers.
Note: There is one broker InteractiveBrokers which is basically the best one out there. I think Indians too can join and use it. It might be a bit harder but they allow you to trade in almost the entire world’s exchanges. I would recommend you look into opening an account with them.

Do you regularly use Interactive Brokers?
I used to but I just closed my account with them. This is for reasons that won’t affect you.
If you are scared about their legitimacy or service, let me tell you- they are one of the largest brokers in the world and will let you trade not only US stocks but stocks from Europe, Asia, Australia, Basically all over the world! They are an extremely reliable platform for both investing and trading.
Why I stopped? Well, I am an EU resident. the EU has certain laws which states that brokers cannot offer non UCITS ETFs to clients. I only want to invest in non UCITS ETFs, so I want to shift to a broker which will give me this. This does not effect you if you live in India and you will have access to both UCITS and Non-UCITS funds.

Thanks for the detailed reply!! I am not aware of the UCITS stuff but only interested in US/EU stocks and ETFs from a swing/positional/investment perspective… That will be possible, correct?
Yes all that is possible.
You know ETFs, right? So ETFs can be from US and EU. US ETFs have more liquidity but also have dividend tax and inheritance tax. EU ETFs (UCITS) have lower liquidity but they have accumulating versions (US ones are Dividend only) and inheritance tax is lower.
For swing trading, US might be a better bet. For Long term, UCITS are a better bet.
You can also buy stocks from US, EU, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong and more!
