Gold Bond vs ETF VS SGB

Hi All , I am a newbie to stocks & Trading . I am Planning to have a long term investment (10 years) on a SIP Basis (Max 10k per month) on Gold . Could someone suggest me what are the best option .

Also , if someone can suggest on good learning resources about Gold Bonds,ETF & SGB basics, It would be really helpful
