Not at all. Even after three years trading, I learned nothing, @gopchem @leodecaps
hmmm I see. Sometimes we know from within the heart, that we are only physically front of the screen but mind is wandering somewhere else. We need to understand the importance of the moment!
Commodities tend to show a lot of paper profit as they are very volatile and a lot of times tend to reverse back. So develop a trailing system or a target based system.
A wise advice if u can. Take a month break. Open youtube, VP Financials and go through all vdos without getting into a single trade. Just listen the way of trading. I am sure, you will get a deep insight of trading and will develope a methodology. Although i am not a subscriber. Just take it as a friendly advice for learning purpose and develope ur own stretegy.
If in a position I feel uncomfortable, exit immediately as in case of tcs.if you can avoid loss, protect capital, account will grow gradually.
Thanks for the reply. I had taken 14/2/2020 to 14/5/2020 three months break, but nothing changed. @samsingh @alex_
Dear. The point is not whether u got off from trade or not. What matters is where u engaged urself to utilise ur valuable time u got. That is what i tried to guide u through. And thats the reason i said to go through. It was intended for finding a fault on your own stretegy and make use of it. And that was the best i could have offered u ready made. Choice is yours how much effort u can put on. No one can make u a warren buffet unless u put some own sweat and blood. i have shown u only a glimpse of a professional approach through this. Be at ease.
Dear once again thanks for the valuable information and the best u have offered. VP financials is Superb. this time I will try my best to learn. @alex Tons of Thanks.
All the best.
Smak what instruments do you trade?
A part of my trading earnings goes to long term investment. For earnings purposes trading is ok but for wealth creation investment is must. Today bought 20k.
can you tell me more about your strategy ? and do you do weekly, monthly or intraday?
we can atleast predict equity with pivots & fno data but what about commodities can anyone guide me pls
@mdk @maddy_Des I think one can use Pivot Points for Commodities too, provided should use the TradingView.com website which takes into account the whole world trading. (I am not at all an expert, a looser here) Let @maddy_Des confirm.
@rbtj Wow, inspiration for me, to arrange fund & trade again.
I entered Long Strangle on the last Thursday (22/10/2020) in Nifty Options and lost the whole investment. So whatever I do, I am loosing. I assume you have traded Bank Nifty Options Strangle. Was it long or short (selling)? @maddy_Des @vish
