Halt in rally or fresh highs in Nifty?

We have many key events lined up this week like RBI meeting and Fed FOMC meet. nifty is hardly 2% away from ATHs but broader market is almost 20% away from their highs.

What are your expectations ? will we test all time highs or go back to support levels again?
