Has the transaction charges on BSE penny group stocks gone up?

I had bought 100 shares of SOURCE Natural foods, I am seeing the transaction charges much much higher for this. Has anything changed?

BSE recently revised transaction charges for all stocks which trade in these categories: XC, XD, XT, and Z groups. The normal transaction charges for equity on BSE is Rs 275 for crore, but for stocks in these categories it is Rs 10,000 per crore.
