I am analysing the volume when banknifty crashed by more than 200 plus points.
One thing I found is that selling 80000 shares of HDFC bank decreases its price by 10 points.
But in other banks, lakhs of shares were sold at the same time. But their prices are quite stable.
This makes me think that there is not enough buyers in hdfcbank compared with other banks.
As per Fii and dii data, Fii has purchased 7000+ crore worth of shares. Dii has purchased 1000+ crores of shares.
But the volume of HDFC bank shares are not reasonable.
This makes me think that maybe HDFC bank is overpriced. I used Sharekhan app for volume analysis.
