Hedging in same month contract

Supose in FNO i BUY 5 LOT as NRML and SELL 5 LOT as MIS in same month contract

Is there is any Regulatory restriction in taking such hedged position ???////

There is no regulatory restriction in taking hedged positions but the 5 lots you sell in MIS has to be bought back on the same day. So what you are doing is an intraday hedge, validity 1 day only.
