Hi,
Help me create a scanner in streak for below conditions

Weekly % change/price change is greater than 19 %

Monthly % change/price change is greater than 30 %

3 months % change/price change is greater than 60 %

6 months % change/price change is greater than 100 %

Note: There might be differences in the results generated as different platforms use different sets of libraries to calculate the indicator values and Streak only supports stocks from within the Nifty 500 index.
