Help Needed for volume based scanner

There is a term given in Sensibull that states as

Is it possible to create a scanner based on this? and in which I can set a filter value for example todays average volume is 2x, 3x or 5x etc of 200 days average volume.

I would be lucky If I can get code values.

But i dont know how to do this. If it can be done on chartink then it can be done on streak also. no?
