Can we create a strategy to buy after the price comes down say 10% after the conditions are met ??

5 EMA
X candle opened & closed below 5 EMA,
X+1 candle crossing X candle high (Alert when X+1 crossing high and not alerting after closing X+1 candle)
Trade time between 12.30 to 3.00

Kindly note that Streak works on OHLC data and provides alerts based on the closing of candles. Hence your requirement cannot be implemented.

X+1 candle high greater than X candle high. Screenshot attached. It is ok if signal generated after closing of candle.
