2nd march …next hearing…that is like a lifetime
it’s like high court too is just doing this to troll small traders 
Why they cannot do it today or tomorrow…we will be dead for sure waiting for the hearing. After all I am happy as HC look after this matter. It is really relaxing. I also pray to God to relaxed this upfront margin otherwise small trader with small like us will be really dead from the market.
Anyone can file a case against anybody in this democratic country. In this case, Wisdom Capital has filed a case against Finance ministry and SEBI.
Remember that these two institutions are very powerful and this case is just a eyewash. SC didn’t come forward and file a complaint. Someone has filed (Wisdom) and the court has said that they will look into this matter and mentioned a date (say March 2). Hearing would continue on for months (remember the loan moratorium case) but conclusion won’t be reached anytime soon.
Let’s hope for the best. Let’s pray to God. May HC do something against sebi. Please God help us.
Hopefully our children’s children will get to hear the verdict.
