Hey @guru_shekhar,

You can provide the feedback on AIS compliance portal feedback stating that “income is not taxable”.

Hope this helps!

Hi Thnx for reply can I give feedback as
‘Transfer not in d Nature of Sale’ ? Is it also correct?

dont write sms style, use complete words and it will be ok.

Thanks for the reply can I also give feedback as ‘Transfer not in the Nature of Sale’ it’s also right? Please reply last date is today to submit feedback.

Hello @guru_shekhar,

Yes, you can give such feedback also that the “Transfer is not in the Nature of Sale”. You will have to select the appropriate feedback from the dropdown list available.

Hope this clarifies!

Thanks a lot i will select ‘Transfer not in the Nature of Sale’ instead of ‘Income is not taxable’ option for my above query on buyback account entries.

i am also facing same issue ?? how you resolved it
