@nithin sir and @VenuMadhav sir Just asking out of curiosity. Why did you guys name the app as “Kite” and not just “Zerodha” or something related to the name of the company ? Whats the story behind this ?

We planned to use Kite, Coin, Console, etc, to name different apps for different purposes. We named it back in 2015 when Pi was our Desktop trading App. But in hindsight, we probably would have called it Zerodha x Zerodha Y Zerodha Z.

But in these 3, kite seems strange because kite is not at all related to finance (except, it is second name for accommodation bill) at all. So it was randomly decided or it was something like flying high in terms of business (Which later on came to be true😊) ?
