How are you tracking mutual funds across multiple AMCs?

I’ve been trying to simplify how I track my mutual fund portfolio and realized how fragmented things still are. Yes, we can use our brokerage statement but typically when I begin my research… Between CAS statements, AMC logins, and different apps, I still end up switching tabs just to get a complete view. I generally get the data, but it’s not something I want to keep opening and interpreting regularly. I’m curious how others here are managing this in practice — especially if you hold funds across multiple AMCs. Do you guys rely on one app? are you maintaining Excel? or just check periodically and move on?

I ended up putting together a small Chrome extension for myself to bring everything into one view (things like AUM, CAGR over 1/3/5 years, benchmark comparison). Still early, but it’s been useful for me so far.
Would love to know what others are using / what’s working well.

I believe the future lies in building your own solutions using broker and AMC APIs, rather than waiting years for others to develop them for you.

Register on MF Central website/app. Its a JV of CAMS & Karvy. Once registered, you’ll see all your MFs across AMCs at one place. You can also use it to make any fresh purchases/liquidation/service requests that too for free

perfect! yes I agree. that’s why I wrote up the plugin to just review CAGRs myself

I just tried that, interestingly it only reflects part portfolio. not all, my Motilal OSwal funds dont show up! weird

After trying a few options, I realized the main gap isn’t data , it’s actually usability. everything exists in all these apps, but but nothing gives a clean, quick view of AUM, Benchmark comparison 1Y/3Y/5Y CAGR and a simple calculation of 100 Rs → what in 1 year.
That’s what I was trying to solve for myself.

If the Email/Mobile registered with Motilal Oswal or any other AMC is different from the one you used to register on MF Central, funds won’t show up. Change the Mobile/Email with Motilal to the same you used on MF Central, and then it will be visible

Why cant we have External portfolio tracking via Coin ?

TIll now i am using Valueresearchonline to do tracking - but if Coin can add this, we dont need to share our data with VRO.

Tickertape or smallcase can do this right? Using pan we can directly get the transactions and the holding info, only problem is we need to keep refreshing the data whenever we make investments or withdrawals. Am I missing something here?

Windows only?
