How can EPs increase when roe and roce and even road of a company is decreasing?

I came across a share who have above mention trade.

EPS is earnings per share, so if company is buying back it’s own shares at faster rate than decrease in earnings we can see eps increase. There may be other reasons also, maybe some with sound knowledge on this should answer.

Thanks Siva but I already check all years share and they are not diluted.
