How can I get notifications/alerts on email?

Is it possible to get notified via email/sms of upcoming New Government Bond Issues via any websites or apps.

I can see only T-Bills calendar on RBI website .

I am a novice here and would like to but the Government Bonds directly from primary issue rather than secondary market as suggested recommended to me by this forum.

Thanks Jeesu . I have now successfully created the RBI Direct account.But there is not email alert on it or may be I am missing something.I can see the auction page though but all are reissue at the moment.

If I purchase bonds on RBI Direct is it possible to transfer them on any other trading platform and later sell them there?

Or if purchased from RBI Direct NSD-OM is only option to sell them in case required.
