An very old uncle in my neighbor asked me that he has around 100 shares of kirloskar oil that his father transferred in his demat account in 1970s but he doesn’t have much idea about them other than he asked through some cybers and the account of demat in union Bank where he was neglected, I have spent some years in share market but dont have any idea in this case, that what all details are required to revive them.

You would have to contact investor protection fund. Mostly in their account by now.
They seem to have a search portal. Try there - IEPF
Try to search unclaimed dividends also. Might get an idea
