How can i open a prop trading firm as an LLC in India if me and my partners only intend to invest using our money?

Quite straight forward it is. Form a LLC, open a bank account, open a trading and demat in the name of the company, and start trading. :slight_smile:

Since it is your own money ,there is no issues.
