How can I trade in currency futures at night (or beyond NSE trading hours)?

This question is not about Zerodha or NSE. I am aware that they follow trading schedule with known trading hours and holidays etc.

As a retail trader interested in currency futures, how can I trade even after NSE trading sessions? Forex is a 24x7 market and interesting moves happen overnight and on weekends. How can I make use of them? Can we register on international exchanges and trade there? What’s the Government of India policy about that?

I suspect that it might not be possible to trade on currency pairs involving INR but still, we can perhaps trade on EUR/USD or EUR/GBP etc.

As per rules you cannot convert INR into foreign currency and trade in forex with foreign currency pair . That is illegal. But nse does allow you to trade in currency pairs such as USD/INR GBP/INR etc. As of now you cannot trade in foreign exchanges from India or after converting INR to foreign currency.
