How do I escalate a issue to regulator against Zerodha?

Hey,

I have no access to my holdings with Zerodha since two weeks.

I have open support ticket and they are taking forever to resolve the issue. I tried escalation and they just create another support ticket and closed it tagging as “Duplicate ticket”.

What is the way to escalate or place complaint with the regulator? @nithin
