is margin % similar to x times margin for the particular stock?

I have a doubt so I asked, instead of unlisting and wasting your time, you can answer to the query.

Anyway, I am not an upstox client, I give brokerage to Zerodha, and thats how the system runs. Don’t be so quick to unlist anything, even if you find the question dumb.

Anyway, Dumb is just someone’s perspective.

Just divide with 100

For ex 3MINDIA has required 8.77% of margin in mis right?

So just divide 100\8.77 = 11.40
So you can get 11.40x leverage for this trade
