How long does it take to receive pledged margin?

Suppose I pledge a share for margin and I will receive 100 rupees . How long does it take to reflect that as margin in my account after my request to pledge it ?

If you place pledge request before 4 PM and authorise the pledge with CDSL before 7 PM, you will receive the margin in your account the next day. You can check this article to know the process.

I am not getting any otp on my email since last 3 days.
But when i message [email protected]
I got replay within day as thanks for getting

Because of their error we don’t get margin for another day.

Looks like you placed pledge request on Saturday and Sunday. Pledge request is processed only on trading days, hence you might have not got an email.

If this isn’t the case. Please create a ticket at support.zerodha.com, team will check and have this resolved.
