How do we come to know if there is any addition deletion etc in the stock selections by the exchange?

They post the Index latest PDF every month end, follow in NSE website -> Indices section

They change the constituents every week or month or quaterly?

No they dont change it unless criteria allows a change, but they post the index pdf every month. Anyways you can find latest for every index on NSE website

There is one website NIFTYINDICES.COM, it is totally on indices. You can check that.

Yes manually only

Maybe they put circulars in advance in one of those two websites - NSE or Niftyindices. You can check the Circulars/Resources section. But I am not sure if they do that.
