I was trying to understand how market works. Now Q3 GDP results are out, I would like to know how the market reacts to it.

It doesn’t matter. In bullish market even bad GDP is considered good and in bear market even good GDP numbers are considered bad. It all depends on whether big players are accumulating stocks or distributing stocks.
