How much is fund transfer GST charges in Zerodha through Netbanking?

Can someone clarify this please?
I have transferred funds Rs.1,00,000/- to Zerodha (Kite) from HDFC through Netbanking. After the transaction a message reads " A charge of Rs. 9 + GST will be levied on the transaction". Not sure whether this will be levied by HDFC or Zerodha and how much?

This is actually levied by the payment gateway Zerodha uses.

You will be charged Rs 9 + 18% GST - which adds up to ₹10.62.

This is irrespective of the amount you transfer, but the minimum amount that has to be transferred to use the gateway is ₹50.
