Well there is not a precise answer for your query.
But if one is living in tier 1 cities then at least 50k to 65k is minimum needed. Considering rent house expenses sky touching school and tution fees . But if one has to take financial care of parents as well then I think this amount might not suffice for the need.
If one is living in tier2 cities then probably 40k to 50k should be enough for all monthly expenses rent etc. Along with school fees for child.
