How safe is pledging with Zerodha?

Hi Team,

As per my understanding, when we pledge our shares to get F&O margin the shares are debited from our personal account and into some “pooled” account. How safe is this pooled account that Zerodha is using? What is guarantee that we get all our shares back when we unpledge?

Also according to new SEBI proposal after pledging also shares will remain in client demat, this should go live soon,check this.
