How to activate call trigger sound alert,so that one can know the open position is now put into the system

I have to open Trade book again and again to check if the call triggered or now.And alert or something for convenience?

If your are using Zerodha Trader - Go To Preference --> User Settings (short cut Ctrl + P) --> Select Event from the Left Pane --> in the Right Pane there are check boxes under Beep Column and Pop-Up Message--> select the events that you would like to have alerts for.
