How to add sip to an existing mutual fund

Hi, I am new to this, and I have bought an equity mutual fund with some amount. So, this is a lumpsum amount. But now I want to add a sip to this existing mutual fund. Can I do so and how?
Will my previous amount be included in my new sip?

Yes you can add multiple sip also although that’s not necessary. You can also do lumpsum whenever you want and as many times as you want. All your amount will remain in your portfolio. Nothing will disappear. Don’t worry.

Hey @Aritra_Das

Certainly, the designated sum will always be present, and any contributions made through a Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) will be collected in the specified mutual fund.
