How to apply for FPO (OFS)

I wanted to know how does one apply for FPO(OFS).
FPO and OFS are the same thing or different.

Similar to an IPO, you need to apply through ASBA.

No, they are not. In a OFS promoters and other members offload exisitng shares, there is no fresh issue.

An FPO for intents and purposes is similar to an IPO. There is a price band defined, minimum lot size, filing os prospectus etc.
