You can’t partially close a position taken as a bracket order. You’ll have to retain or exit the position completely.

Can i partially square of a bracket order in PI?

Let’s say I have gone long with 1000 shares. At my first target I want to sell 800 of those shares and keep on holding the rest for my second target.

Can this be achieved in PI?

If you can bear extra brokerage, then place 2 BO order with different target.
