How to Choose Best Brokerage Plan?

I want to trade in Options and my no of trade per day 20-40, is it fixed brokerage monthly plan is good than per trade brokerage plan ?

I guess if you have just seen what happened with Unicon securities, it is not only important to select a brokerage that is low cost but also that offers tools to trade, credible, profitable and have good track record.

Alok bhai,

Donā€™t go with the brokerage firm that is giving you the lowest brokerage. There are a lot of factors that you will have to consider before you select a broker to trade with. How can you risk all your hard earned money with someone, just because he is giving the lowest brokerage. You have to look at the financials of the company, its past records, number of complaints it has against it at exchangeā€¦

I found this site which was like a ready reckoner as it had done all these comparisons. You can read review too here.

After reviewing, I opened an account with Sharekhan (for trade tiger charting) and with Zerodha for brokerage.

If you Are looking Only AT Brokerage then You Are Mistaken , There Are Many Companies In the Past Which have Offered Very Less Amount O f Brokerage But Suddenly One Day they Have close there Shop , Any Business Runs on A proper Profitability . Please Look for ALL the Aspects Recently It Happened with One of the Company which Suddenly was Not Able to Process the Funds Withdrawal Request of there Customers and Finally there Promoters where Put in to jail By SEBI .So Please Look into All the Aspects Before Closing on To A Brokerage .

Ya , we have to choose fixed Monthly brokerage paln for regular trading without tention of Order size, may be one lot or 3 or 5 or 10 lot, And its also economical after end of months.

Has Unicon fised monthly brokerage plan ? I agree that broker should earn for run the business, but low cast also possible with different plan.
