How to close demat account when I have share holding because the company is out of market?

Can I Transfer a stock which is suspended from trading from my Demat account to another one.?

I have a Demat account which has many stocks including a few stocks which are suspended from Trading. I want to close that demat account.So can I transfer those shares to my another demat account to initiate closing of that acccount.???
