Can I Transfer a stock which is suspended from trading from my Demat account to another one.?

I have a Demat account which has many stocks including a few stocks which are suspended from Trading.

I want to close that demat account.So can I transfer those shares to my another demat account to initiate closing of that acccount.???

Yes, you can transfer stocks even if they are not trading.
