Could you please help me create a scanner that alerts when a stock breaks the Pivot Point R1 level for the very first time during the day?

I want the condition to trigger only once — at the moment price crosses above R1, and only if the day’s high has not touched R1 earlier.

Please guide me with the best way to set up this screener.
