I have created scanner conditions as per my understanding of your requirements and as per the available functionality. Refer to the below image to learn how to write your conditions in Streak.
I have used the candle time function to mark the first candle of the day and used the offsets inside the indicators to fetch the previous candle’s indicator values. Do note that because I have used the Candle time function, the scanners will show results only when you run the scanner between 9:15 to 9:20 i.e. until the 9:15 5-minute candle closes.
