How to create Triggers based on 30 mins charts

Greetings…!!

How to write trigger based on 30 mins chart?
For example: I want my trigger to generate when my current 30 min candle’s high is greater than high of Previous 30 min candle.
When High of 11:45 AM 30 min candle (which is current candle) is greater than High of 10:45 AM 30 min candle.

You can do it using Zerodha APIs. You need custom coding for that
