How to download statements for tax return from ICICI Direct.com

I have account with ICICI Direct also. How do I download the capital gains statement for equity, MF, and bonds etc?

Some online forums etc pointed me to this http://content.icicidirect.com/SelfHelp/DeliverablesStatementsRelated.asp

But, info here is not correct. I could manage to see the capital gain in one of the options. But, can’t download as excel but have to take screenshot and this wont have the account holders name etc.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
