I want to enter short term capical loss for 3rd quarter, but I can’t enter negative value. How can I enter capital loss of third quarter?

You cannot enter negative values. You adjust the loss of 3rd quarter with 4th quarter’s profit and input accordingly. And write zero for 3rd quarter.

If we have loss in 4th quarter then can we adjust it with profit of 2nd or 3rd quarter ?
If you have loss in 4th quarter, then best is to adjust it with profit of immediately preceding quarter ie the 3rd quarter.

Then u don’t need to fill quarter-wise breakup of capital gain.
