The condition was met on the chart, but the trade was not executed on the phone. it was just showing the Blue Blinker how to do it in the phone.

Note that the entry trigger is already generated for HDFC thus the Blue Blinker is visible. All you have to do is click on the Blue Blinker and act on the order as shown in the image below:
