How to find the listing day of IPO

Hello all,
How do we exactly know the listing date of an IPO? Is there a thumb rule which says it will list after X days of the IPO closure day?

Can be anywhere between 8 to 15 days. You can keep track of the listing date of all the major IPOs here.
